Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for Ardhas CRM platform.
  • Proactively engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert them into opportunities.
Sales Conversion:
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Ardhas Product platform.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and manage contracts with prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and product updates.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends to help improve Ardhas offerings.
  • Track and report sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
