Sales Conversion:
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Ardhas Product platform.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and manage contracts with prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
- Regularly communicate with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and product updates.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends to help improve Ardhas offerings.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to management.
